Shipping policy

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping at this time, but international delivery is coming soon.

Delivery Timeframes
We offer Standard 2-Day Delivery, Next-Day Delivery and Same-Day Delivery. Select your preferred option at checkout.

Standard delivery is expected within 2 working days, excluding Sundays. Next-Day Delivery means delivery on the next delivery day, subject to the order cut-off below.

We deliver Monday through Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard 2-Day Delivery: AED 15 for orders below AED 150.

  • Free Standard 2-Day Delivery: Complimentary Standard delivery on orders of AED 300 or more.

  • Next-Day Delivery: AED 19. Order before 3:00 PM UAE time for delivery on the next delivery day.

  • Same-Day Delivery: AED 35. Order before 11:00 AM UAE time for delivery that day, Monday through Saturday.

Free delivery applies only to Standard 2-Day Delivery. Next-Day Delivery and Same-Day Delivery remain chargeable, including on orders of AED 150 or more.

Strict Order Cut-off Times
The cut-off for Same-Day Delivery is 11:00 AM, and the cut-off for Next-Day Delivery is 3:00 PM. All times are UAE time (GMT+4).

These cut-off times are mandated by our fulfilment and delivery centres. They are strictly enforced and cannot be extended or changed. No exceptions can be made.

Orders must be placed before the relevant cut-off to qualify for the stated delivery timeframe. Orders placed at or after the cut-off do not qualify for that timeframe, even if the delivery option remains visible at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Details & Contact Information
Please provide a complete and accurate UAE delivery address and a valid UAE phone number at checkout.

Missing, incomplete or incorrect delivery details, including non-UAE phone numbers, may cause delays in processing and delivering your order.

Our team will do their best to contact you to clarify or correct any issues. However, delivery may be delayed while we wait for the updated information, which may affect your selected delivery timeframe.

Packaging & Handling
All Kids Garden orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. We take extra care with both our products and their packaging so they arrive ready to enjoy or gift.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the UAE only. International shipping is coming soon.
