Shipping policy
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping at this time, but international delivery is coming soon.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are generally processed the day after they are placed, with delivery taking place the following day. This means most orders are delivered within approximately 2 days.
We deliver Monday through Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Delivery: AED 15 flat rate for all orders
- Free Delivery: Complimentary shipping on all orders of AED 150 or more
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Packaging & Handling
All Kids Garden orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. We take extra care with both our products and their packaging so they arrive ready to enjoy or gift.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the UAE only. International shipping is coming soon.
