Yesterday, a friend supported us by buying our DIY Grow Kit Mix for her two kids.
The next morning I woke up to these photos.
And a message.
Moments like this feel incredibly rewarding.
This project took months of hard work, challenges, learning, mistakes, and yes, losing money along the way. I never realized how difficult it is to build a small business and to try to get every detail right. From the moment a customer orders, to when they receive the package, open it, and experience it with their children.
I worked very hard to make sure the experience feels thoughtful and smooth from beginning to end. Even now, I still see many things that can be improved. There is always something to fix, something to refine, something to do better.
But then messages like this arrive.
Parents telling me their kids loved the activity. Photos of children planting their kits. Reviews saying they enjoyed the experience together.
That is when you start to feel that the hard work might be worth it. When people recommend you to their friends. When they go out of their way to share what you built.
Right now my focus is direct to consumer. I want to make sure every customer has a great experience with the product.
At the same time, I am also working on partnerships with schools and event companies.
